Ares vs S&T UMP

I know, I know Ares and S&T are basically the same compagnie, but the Ares version of the UMP is 80$ more expensive then the S&T version. Is there any real difference between the two airsoft? I know the S&T version have an ABS body and the Ares version have a nylon fiber body, this might explain why the price is a little bit higher. But does there's any other difference? and Does the hop up is the same in bot airsoft?

(And of course, the S&T version have H&K trademark but I don't care at all about this feature)

I'm just looking for a cheap and reliable AEG for winter, I have already a kjw m4 so I don't want a super good AEG and the G&G version is to expensive compare to the Ares and the S&T

If you're using the pricing from buyairsoft for G&G, don't. There are other places to get G&G products at reasonable prices.

I'm searching for a ump between 200$ and 300$, my price are based on Torontoairsoft and airsoftqc, they are both near me and I have great deal there. I don't want also the G&G ump because I want the quick change spring system. All i want to know why the Ares UMP is more expensive than the S&T UMP and what are the main difference. I look on Evike or Ehobbyasia or Redwolfairsoft and they always sell the ares ump 50$ or 80$ higher then the S&T ump.
