Looking for a Backpack
I'm looking for a backpack right now. I'd like something that's MOLLE, has a fair amount of space without being too bulky. It doesn't have to be for Mil-Sim, that's not my thing. I'd use it for transporting misc. gear to games, or for just everyday use, and expand it if I'm travelling with it. So it needs to be pretty durable. I'm expecting to pay around $100-200 for that sort of quality. Any suggestions? If we want to get super picky, I prefer it in black.

rush 12... or if you really need that much stuff.. rush 24. the 12 seems small but it's huge when completely filled up. the 12 packs down really tight and low pro if you're not carrying much.

I have a Rush 24 and a Rush 72. They are amazing bags, I lived out of my Rush 72 for 4 days when I was overseas. Lots of space for organizing things the way you need them. And they come in a variety of colours.

I'll offer up another suggestion. The packs from Tasmanian Tactical are great quality for the price and they seem to fit what you are looking for. There are various colors available but keep in mind some aren't listed as options like multicam but are available depending on where you source them. You can get them direct or for the same prices at DSTactical or Seals Action Gear. I hope I have been of some help.

An eagle 3 day assault pack would be a good choice. The right price, not too bulky in my opinion and lifetime warranty.

+1 Anything from Eagle is quality and made in the USA. For the price its hard to beat. Anything from maxpedition would also be a great choice.

Don't cheap out and you'll never regret it. I agree with Skeletor: my Camelback Talon has been all over the world with me, in and out of some rough places, camping, hiking, flying, and generally carrying my crap every single day since 2007 including four trips to the sandbox. You can't even tell that it's not brand new unless you examine it closely. Any good MOLLE pack, one with velcro to put on a name tape or unit/morale patch, and ideally hydration capable, is worth far more than its weight in gold. Which one is mostly a matter of preference, but I'd say: get the one with the most comfortable shoulder straps.
Cordura FTW. Greatest thing to happen to fabric since ever.

Molle: Eagle or Tactical Tailor 3 day assault pack.
Non tactical: anything from Osprey (sail.ca) - lifetime warranty
