I'm going to have to swap out my spring with a bit more consistency either way - the fps currently has a range im not satisfied with at 332-347fps
No, there's no reason to. I'm not sure why you think the airseal would be any different because you have a metal hopup unit?

The only thing I had to do with mine, is that the hopup rubber got damaged very quickly after I started using it and it was misfeeding and/or spitting BB's. Replacing the rubber fixed it.

Well, to be honest I was only curious with the hopup change based on my previous expirience with a plastic hopup in a JG. It was actually slightly warped - and the dialing of the gears was off and would overdial and get stuck.

On another side note, i've noticed my rear sight is leaning to the left as if it was some kind of manufacturer defect. I haven't investigated too much to see if I can unscrew it off - hopefully i can.

I'd actually love to do this (below) - I haven't found any sites that contain this product - im going to assume it's a custom job with a rail just screwed on - but i dig it.

Hmm, I heard that apparently they stepped their game up. The gearboxes actually have metal bushings now and their bodies are actually quite nice. Anyone have any experience with the 2012 APS guns?
