FAMAS or bust

so, refurbished my famas, tore apart the mechbox (having firing problems) cleaned, lubed gears and piston/chamber. solved half the firing problems, fires awsome on full now, but still not cycleing on semi. with short stroke itself, winds but then clicks and fails to fire. i can switch to full and still shoot, but cannot fire on semi.
mechbox is completley stock, spring, bushing, gears, and motor (eg560ht) all stock.
cannot figure this out, this is the reasion i serviced my gun in the first place (except on full it had a delay and would cut out during fire; but as i said that was fixed)
any HELPFUL help would be appreciated.

If it works fine on full auto, it sounds like the problem could be electrical. This should really be in the main Doctor's Corner section, not the solutions.

EXAMPLES OF THREADS THAT SHOULD NOT BE HERE:

"I have a gun with a firing problem. Help?"
"My gun won't go from semi to full auto"
"How Do I..."
etc

hmmm, i see. oh well big deal, if a moderator would be kind enough to move this to the proper thread, i didnt realize i posted in the solutions thread... "IDIOT!" ~N.D.~ but ya, i kind a figured this was electrical but Im not sure how to diagnose this, or resolve this. would it be wiring, contacts, fuses, motor connection, i dunno...

oh ya, and erik-james, if your going to try to flame some one, maybe do your homework, just to humor you I treid your "reccomendations"or should I say your ability to copy and paste from the thread greylocks referred to (good effort though, maybe you can copy and paste this "eat shit and die") and alot of help that was.... by the way did you read my signature? (refer to top)

Oh please....I was simply laughing becasue of the fact that you posted a thread with pretty much the exact same context that wasnt suposed to be posted in this section. Even though it was a mistake.

No need to get all offensive.
