Shrike industries kwa m93r
I am a big fan of KWA products. I own KWA products in Canada and USA. I wanted a KWA SIG 226 PTP. At the time it was hard to find one. I currently (still have) a 226 KJW and it does the job.
Being a friend of Dave Parkin (owner of Shrike Industries), Dave contacted me to let me know he had M93R for sale if I was interested. The cost was $285 in total so I decided to buy one anyway.
1rst off, I like the pistols 3 round burst performance. This gun saved my ass at Operation Rhino when my SRC 416 went down (good thing I brought another AEG). I had to run on my secondary until I had some down time to replace my AEG. This gun was awesome on room to room clearing. The 3 round burst kicked ass and it felt like I was running a small SMG. It allow me to lead a couple Rolling T's down the hallway to secure rooms. In semi auto it is like a normal pistol.
It was a great secondary in that sense. The only knock I have against it is the pistol itself is big. I actually don't run a holster with it, I store it inside my MOFOCR Vest. It fits nice snug but takes up room. The large Magazine capacity with 40 BB's is great but I need to find MAG pouches to store them somewhere where thay aren't in the way.
Other then that the pistol has held up great and makes me think of buying the KWA MP 7 (9). I have had no Mag problems as of yet with this pistol and have gamed it a number of times...at Rhino it was well used.
I give it a 9.5 out of 10...the knock I have against it is its size. Had no problem contacting Dave on any issues with the pistol which were none. Just communicating that it was easy to get a hold of him. Product delivery was fast with no issues.
