Update:
I'm stupid and I missed this when I reviewed the gun.. I didn't quite realize what I was looking at. The gun has a quick spring change feature. You can remove the spring guide from the back of the mechbox by inserting an appropriately sized hex key and rotating the spring guide 90 degrees. No need to open the mechbox to swap springs. This means that with the 470+ out of the box this thing shoots, you can order a spring with the gun and literally have it gameable in 5 minutes. Updated review above as appropriate.

Another pic:
Also fitted it with a T/N barrel. I can definitely say the inner barrel on this gun is 494mm, like the Classic Army G36.

Kalnaren,
I think we're both right. I believe the newer generations of SL8 use 496mm. I quickly searched online and found that the Star SL8s are 510mm. Anyways, its for information only. |

This is a very well done review. It's nice to see reviews that actually go into the internals of the gun and rate the quality of them instead of just "dis is teh box, gun shoots awesome".
