I had RX inserts made for my Bolles, but fogging was a huge problem. If you can't get contacts, ask your eye doctor about fresnel lenses.

Well, as an update, I bought some WileyX XL1's with prescription lenses for $190 total.
Best part is, my health insurance through work is paying for it, weeeee! |

+1 to the BodySpecs I dealt with them directly they were awesome
The BSG 1 model gives a full seal with the Rx insert in and it comes with the 3 colors of lenses. I ordered them and brought them to a local Hakim optical to get Rx put in.
