I got a Contour GPS, only problem with it is, since the mic is in front of the camera (under the objective), i get alot of wind noise when I ski... but you wont get that problem with airsoft.... :P

BTW: you might want to consider looking on your local classifieds for a "slightly used" POV camera!

I just got my Contour GPS, with tons of accessories (16gb micro SD, second battery,carry case and lots of mounts) for 250$! (looks BNIB, whole package is worth around 600$ new!)

TIP: But always try to meet in person to see/test if the thing actually works (before giving your money)!

this one not too bad to necro... 2 years is a long time in terms of technology advancement.

I had one of those ebay gumstick sized cameras stuck on my mudflap filming my suspension in a track event, not HD but within a year or two I imagine more that sized will start coming out.

My choice would be a contour GPS if I were doing more serious filming, the go pro is a bit cumbersome because if the shape.

I recall a hi-cappa at the CAPS table at TAC10 that had a very low profile gun cam that ran off a microSD.
