I'm actually in the market for a cheap chronograph and came across this one for 47$!!
Has anyone heard of this and know if its legit? The have some comparisons to other chronys on the site at the bottom http://www.catsdomain.com/chrono/ |

For chronographs, Xcortech will be your best option. It's around $90 but will give you the most accurate reading. Cheap chronographs could be off by 20+ fps, or require no light/ with light on the LED to function.

Well, if you want cheap, this certainly is cheap. It can only measure FPS, good for paintball.
They neglected to include Xcortech on the comparison chart. A chrono is an investment. If you are tuning your gun and need to know where your performance is at, get a Xcortech. It measures, RPM, RPS, MPS, FPS, calculates Joules as well by allowing you to input the bb weight and size. http://airsoftdepot.ca/catalog/index...hnl1hka3mfpq11 Last edited by SuperHog; January 11th, 2012 at 22:49.. |

That one you listed... will varie of +/- 21 fps.... that is 0.5% of the maximum detected FPS... it's garbage.
Xortech or the UFC one seems good choices. |
