AWS mosfet, lipo and buffer tube?
Has anyone succesfully installed the AWS mosfet along with a lipo int he buffer tube yet?
I've had a few guys ask me. Although to me it looks like it will fit. It's hard to tell for sure. Which battery were you able to fit? 11 or 7 will work as this mosfet allows ROF control. Thank you

Send a PM to my brother Noveske, he's gota a couple installed in his guns, as far as I know, the AWS is a FET unit that just drops and replaces the trigger mechanism or whatnot. not sure tho gota ask my brother hahaha but yeah send him a PM shouldn't take any space in the buffer tube from what i know. everything is controlled from that little electronic control thing in the trigger.

Looks like it shouldn't be a problem to install in the tube, I fit an SW-Evolution and the monitoring PCB with a 7.4v in the buffer tube. The AWS is much smaller so you might even be able to go for a 11.1v.

i have the AWS Rapter installed on my VFC 416 with a lipo in the buffer tube.
installing the AWS wasn't a big deal, just a drop in replacement for the switch. the mod needed to fit a lipo in the buffer on the other hand was a real bitch.

The King Arms 11.1v 1100 MAH buffer tube lipo (102mm long) will fit and allow full stock movement. Hot Power also makes a similar sized but slightly thinner 7.4v that is 105mm long.

I have the AWS mircofet and had no issues fitting it in the buffer tube, not surprisingly since its their smallest model.
