PTW is the top
Then G&P hands down for a third the price Between G&G and tm, I would say G&G if you can get full metal. But tm if you want an AEG that will last forever without upgrades. The G&G is going to break down, and it's gonna be kinda crappy out of the box, but it'll be full metal so you don't have to worry about buying a new metal gun when you get sick of tm plastic. However the tm internals are tank. They'll last 4 years no problem. And you throw a guarder clear hop rubber in the gun and it'll shoot pretty damn far and accurately too. |

honestly i love g&g
one of my teammates has an m16, and an m4, both were cansoft, had the m4 cqb for 3.5 years now, hes probably put 25-35k rounds thru it and all he has done is put in a tightbore and the m16 is in its 2nd year, really the only thing hes upgrading is the hop up in both of them soon, more for an increase of performance rather than any durability issues i should note, im also running a g&g m4 myself, but ive got the one with the black body (still plastic) but the balance is great, and there is no creak or wobble, cant really say anything on the reliability of the internals however cos this one was custom built with a ca mechbox and hopup

I love my VFC SCAR-L and most of my teammates are running VFC M4 variants with fantastic success.
Socom gear guns are OEM'd by VFC and have the same reliable features. The Echo1 Platinum series M4's are also OEM'd by VFC and are a great bang for the buck! At the end of the day, ANY M4 is going to be upgraded at some time, so get what you are comfortable with!

I personally love VFC. Excellent quality inside and out!

VFC. The mechbox, motor and externals are top-notch. Some models may not have trades, but if I had to choose between trades and build quality, I'd choose build quality every time. My only bitch would be the wiring (it's a bit sloppy) - but that's easily fixable with a wire stripper, soldering iron & shrink tube.

The motor quality can vary across models. From my experience their are at least 3 different motors in VFC OEMed guns: A grey EG branded high torque motor that's very good. A red motor that I personally don't have any experience with, and a silver can motor that has mediocre performance (similar to a stock ACM motor). Regardless, replacing the motor is a quick swap and I still recommend VFC over most brands.

I have a VFC m4, G&G m4 and G&P Magpul M4
best out of the box is by far the G&G and the internals are not crap what so ever, I have not one had to replace anything internals on my G&G. I've had to put about 200 to 300 into the vfc and G&P to get it shooting the way I want it too. So my vote would be G&G if you just want to buy it and be done with it. VFC if you plan on putting some more money into it Last edited by CLUB MEDD; July 1st, 2011 at 15:56.. |

The CA M15A4 Carbine is a great gun. Awesome compatibility.. and loads of parts for it. I haven't gamed it. But I am sure it would hold up just fine. Awesome metal body and firing sounds menacing.
