WE M4 Firing Problem

Hey,
So my buddy just got a WE CQBR used and everything worked fine for about a week, and now he has a problem that is explained in this video he took:

Anybody have any ideas? I would go take a look at it but he's about a 20min drive away and I don't have the time at the moment.

i think its part 66, the sear, may be broken. mine does the full auto when selector is on semi once and a while. and was told thats why
