TM M3 jamming
I have a small problem with my M3 jamming. I have cleaned the barrel repeatedly with a silicone sprayed cloth hoping that would work, but not luck. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

There could be a few things..I'll list my theories.
1)If the hopup is adjustable it may be set too high, stopping the BB completly and would just need to be set lower...This goes against all of my experience however because I have never seen a 3shot with an adjustable hopup. 2)Mag (Shell) may have feeding issues, or the feeding path may be blocked or damaged. After a bit of research I have found a M3 enthusiest named Basho who states; "TM stock M3’s eventually break. The damage is terminal to the guns operation and can only be checked by shooting some test rounds. Basically, the back-end of the inner barrels gets cracked by a stray BB being loaded. Fixing this is harsh. You need to cut open the barrel to get to it and have custom made metal tubes placed over the cracked plastic ones. Once this is done you can also upgrade the springs and insert better inner barrels. When mine breaks I will write up how to do it with images, but you can find a good page on Google." you can buy a crosman and use the internals.
from what i've found, there is nowhere to buy the upgrades anymore. |

Suprisingly, I have a crossman at home I could use. Hope there's a guide or something on how to swap the parts out. Thanks all!

Figured out how to swap the parts out, and as luck has it, happened to locate a few small bits around the work bench to fix it up. Gun works like a dream now.
Thanks again.
