Trigger or Selector plate issues? You decide!

So I have a CA G36C. I'm the third owner and there was some work done to it in the past (can't really give a full list as I don't remember). *I should point out the work was not done by me and the gun was working fine up until a few weeks ago*

As of last game however I seem to be having some issues. When I put my gun in full auto it will fire immediately but if I wait awhile and then pull the trigger nothing happens. On single shot it sometimes takes a second or third pull to get a shot off OR there is about a 1/2-1 second delay before a BB fires.

What's the diagnosis? Any more importantly, how much is the fix for this?
