KSC G17/G18c Magazine Fill Problem

Hello I'm having trouble with a new magazine that doesn't seem to fill.. Only about 5 shots before its empty. I don't hear any sounds when filling, usually on all the other mags, I can hear some sort of fueling noise indicating the gas is flowing.. Is there a way to investigate it or is it the fill valve that is no good?

And if you fill another mag with the same propane tank (I assume you are on propane), it does shoot a lot more BBs before running out of fuel? Basic question, but are you filling the mag upside down?

Thanks for your response. i've been fueling upside down using green gas for indoor shooting, can't use propane due to the smell. All the other mags load up completely and can usually get 1.5 - 2 mags for the other guns.. I only have a single mag for the glock
