Question about Legality
Hello, I was checking around for CO2 handguns under $100 that would be legal to ship over the border. I've been looking for a few cheap CO2 pistols because I have had a lot of friends who want to play and enjoy airsoft on my familys property. Anyway, nothing really caught my eye until I saw this:
So, to cut it short I was wondering if any of you could see any complications or if the border patrol would just confiscate it when I try to have it shipped to Canada? Or are you only able to ship in clear? Last edited by Testament; December 10th, 2010 at 00:27.. |

If it's not clear/tinted or shoots over 407 fps with a 0.22g BB, it'll amost certainly be seized.
It doesn't matter that it's blue (I've seen colored guns from the factory) or that it has a red/orange tip, that's a US regulation that has no bearing here.

That's pretty disappointing. Thanks for the quick reply though.
