KJW MK1 carbine perfect for a sten?
i was just thinking, it would be so easy to make a KJW Mk1 carbine look like a sten. while i was flipping through the pages of buy airsoft i saw this gun and i was like that could be a sten. although its only semi, all you would have to do is make a fake mag and add a little thickness to the barrel and bam, you havea sten. so what do you guys think?

I would just buy a Viva Arms or AGM sten.
WE is working on a GBB one. |

I think you are reinventing the wheel and I am not sure you know what any version of the Sten looks like.

i actually do know what a sten looks like, iam not saying its a perfect fit but if you modify the barrel, the stock, and pistol grip, add a fake vertical mag and there you go. reinventing the wheel is saying a bit too much i find, i find that its perfectly doable (i hate no being good in grammar(iam pretty sure i even spelled grammar wrong too))

Since you refuse to consider purchasing an actual Sten, I assume that you already have a KJW MK1 (probably cansoft) and now want a Sten.
I suggest selling it and buying a Sten. |

No you do not.
It sounds as if you want to make a Sten inspired Carbine Pistol. That's fine. Seriously, the only thing remotely close between the MK1 Carbine and the Sten is the hollow stock. The comparison end there.

I drive with my feet all the time; I use them for the gas and brakes!
That said the way a STEN feels vs that pistol up there is so different it's not funny. It might look close from about 100 feet when traveling 60mph but after that it's just silly wrong.
