crossman imports classic army to canada under the GameFace tag???
ok well another wierd ocurence i find at work, we all should know cross man and the quality it imports, but now it has come to my department a GameFace GF5A2 which is stated made by Classic Army, which is just an MP5 clone, my thoughts are a bit skewed on this, is it possible its just a sports line that realy isn't worth the 210$ its being sold for or is there some actual merit to this thing
any ideas though someone who has checked its quality etc (now rant) :P ) |

Yeah, I've seen them at some SAIL stores, but they suck and are still overpriced shit.

Pyramid has them for 169.99 and $20 shipping out of the US in the clear body model. The wed site claims 400FPS but are the parts interchageable at alll with anything of higher quality?

Rebranded, Sportsline stuff. This was announced some time ago. There was a thread about it last year.

if you think about this rebranded Classic army sportline beats by far the aftermath - that is roughly the same price. So if you are on a budget - you are still technically winning if you consider only the price/quality ratio (just need a touch of flat black krylon and you are all set). Still I would consider buying a cansoft G&G mp5 over this - they are slightly more expensive but so much better. For a bit more, there is the full metal canadian legal ICS max 5 mp5 for 385$ can that are much better. So, if you are on the tight budget - it is the lesser of 2 evils

For low cost, yes, it's better than Aftermath. But I wouldn't say it is by a whole lot.

Seriously, they're crap. The plastic used is epicly shitty.
I guess that's better (less bad?) than the usual Crosman, however in price they're pretty close to the lower end G&G cansoft, and as much as I hate these, they would be "worth it" (in comparison).

It doesn't matter if a turd comes out of a hobo or royalty... it's still a piece of shit. Sportsline stuff is pretty shitty.. internals are akin to first gen CA (or worse).

Saw one of these at Bass Pro today, $239 plus tax, the box was opened and the gun was on top of it, battery was installed and all but dead; then some kids came along and stole the gun I think when I left, because when I came back 1 minute later the box was there but no gun and no kids...
