WE Hi-Capa with CO2 Mag?? Help!

Hello, so I bought a 5.1 WE Hi-Capa off of a friend of mine, thing needs a new piston but otherwise works great! I figured the CO2 mags are a bit less maintenance (aside from extra greasing in the gun) than charging the mag with propane all the time. So I ordered 2 CO2 magazines for the gun, now my gun-tech has told me that this will blow the internals of my hi-capa apart, I totally believe him because the guy is a genious, but considering I already ordered the mags, I will try and use them anyways as I make enough money to fix the gun if need be... Question:

Will it really blow my internals apart?? (Want a second opinion)

Anyone have any ideas of reinforcing the internals if the co2 really is over-powered?

Some WE Hicapas come with CO2 mags, and WE pistol slides are also REALLY heavy.
Might break SOONER than with propane, but I wouldn't be too concerned.

Also, I find that propane is easier since you don't have to worry about CO2 powerlets and unscrewing and screwing them in, etc.

^ that and propane is hella cheaper too

and yeah their slides are quite heavy and actually need the extra kick of co2

Hmm, interesting take on the added weight of WE shitmetal slides needing CO2 to propel them - perhaps that's why I never found shooting my WE to be very satisfying when I had it.

CO2 will likely tear apart your internals, sooner or later. Your gun doc likely suggested a new loading muzzle (good idea as WE ones kinda tend to break anyway), and perhaps a new piston head. New piston head isn't entirely necessary, but I wouldn't trust a WE potmetal part to take the constant beating of the full brunt of CO2 pressing against it to blow-back the slide. You may have been told about a new floating valve/bulb/whatever-else-its-called, and a new valve blocker - I think these would be a good idea, as well. CO2 mags might need a new hammer spring in order to properly open the valve every time (I stress the might since I can't remember what WE hammer springs are like).

I agree that propane is easier.... lol.

I support that too.... Airsoft cheap/shitmetal parts will never be able to handle the higher pressure co2 like PB guns.... (we need the manufacturers to invest in some higher quality materials....)
