First game suggestions, in the Golden Horseshoe?
Hey there AirsoftCanada!
I'm pretty new to the scene here. So I thought I'd say "HI!" and seek some advice. I've played paintball before but never airsoft. The airsoft community seems to be a little more "hardcore"...which I like. However, that leaves me wondering what would be a good way to go about getting into a game. Can someone recommend a good game to head out to in the Golden Horseshoe area that is noob friendly? I was think about checking out one of the Flag Raider Tuesday night scirmishes and getting age verified at the same time. What do you all think? Any input you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You're in luck. Basically you have the highest concentration of AV reps and games around.
Basically go to the games section of the forums and see what games are coming up and something you're interested in. Gear requirements and such should be listed there as well usually rentals are done privately between players who may have an extra backup/loaner and are willing to rent to other players for a 6 pack or $15 or whatever (may be more, may be less but $15 seems like a good rental rate to start with). TTAC3 (Toronto Tactical Airsoft Combat something something) is a place that you might think about checking out. Brian M. runs that place and it's an indoor CQB arena. Check out their website and the games section for more info. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/forumdisplay.php?f=68

A number of paintball fields will also host airsoft games like CQB Paintball and Sgt. Splatter. Like L473ncy said, hit the Games Event Schedule for Ontario and you'll see when and where the games are, chime in and ask if an AV'er will be present, guys around here will help you and and hook you up.
