Exclamation Steyr AUG expert help needed.

Hey ASC.

I got a few questions.

I got myself a CA Steyr AUG SR.

Its pretty stock so i wanna ask you what inner-barrel i have to use if i buy:
http://www.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/...UG&catid=&cat=

And i will also hear your opinion about the colour the A1 Military got. Or at least the closest one to it.

And finally i want to hear you about how i can make my standard AUG cooler.

That's all. (Hope my english is not to bad.)

Greetings.

EDIT: Im also looking for a sling for the AUG. Any good suggestions? (Would like links to WGC or Redwolf.)

With the AUG CQB barrel setup, use an M4 length (363mm) inner barrel.

Thanks.

Is that the precise measurement?

No, it's just a common length of barrel that I believe fits perfectly.
When I had both barrel setups I used a KM 590mm tightbore in my extended long barrel, and I cut down my stock TM barrel for the CQB length outer barrel.

Field strip the AUG and paint the body TAN. Cooler in my opinion anyway...

Hey what happened to your front vert grip? Did you take it off or did you buy it that way?

beige is anything but cool : it's a colour for old people, like beige shoes, and beige cardigans j/k

hey Poncho do you have more pics of the Hbar ? that camo is sexxxy.

for the sling I use a one-point attached to the center of the body (between pistol grip and magwell)

also a standard AUG is the very definition of cool : you don't need to change anything, especially if it's green and military.
I see yours is the A1, it's got way too many rails.

- I have taken the frontgrip off because its to fragile to have on in combat. The original AUG manuel advices the soldiers to hold on the trigger guard. The only reason its there is because the barrel can be hot. If you for example want to chance it.

- I play in the danish M84 camo. (Dark green, OD and Black.) So a TAN AUG would be a crime.

- Jimski, can i se how you mount the sling?

- I have thought about to get a 16" barrel and a F88 flashhider. Or the CQB barrel. Im just asking if you guys got other ORIGINAL ways to pimp your AUG.

Both TM and CA released their A1 with an OD body. Every so often you see the OD body come up on the classifieds.
