Does anyone know where to get an issued IOTV, OTV, or IBA?

Good luck getting a full set with Kevlar and Plates for 500.. infact good luck getting it for 1000.

Admin note: based on registered email wajj1097 appears to be a legitimate serviceman (U.S.)

@wajj1097: as Rugger stated, you might find some online but the going price an I-OTV with soft armor only (no ESAPI) is around USD$1000 (check entrygear.com)

Also, I guess the obvious question, can't you just get a replacement from QM?

Best place for issue gear is on E-bay for sure.... My IBA woodland,acu and my spartan 2 come from E-bay...

I haven't been able to locate any PB IBA's or IOTV's on Ebay. I've only seen Spartan's, MTV's, CIRAS's, and SPC's.
