Rails for Masada

I now own a Masada and I wish to mount rails on it to use a foregrip and a flashlight. Are there specific rails for it because it is a "Magpul" product or will any 20mm rails work?

Second problem ecountered

So now I have a second problem. I am looking for an appropriate sling for this rifle now. I the front an rear look to accept just standard sling swivels. The one in the front is fine but the rear slot will not keep the swivel. for some reason it just keeps popping out. Has anyone else had this problem? Did you find a solution?

You can use the magpul ERGO polymer rail or magpul aluminium rail made for the original MOE hanguard.

I actually did just that. I remembered I had the rails from my MOE. By any chance do you happen to know about my second question?

Provided you're right-handed, this oughta work...

There are two holes on the left side of the stock mount, or on the receiver; I don't recall at the moment, and I'm far from my own right now.

That's what they said on the item description on ehobby:

Direct install onto sling stub of the rifle

Thank you, what type of sling is appropriate then? I have a MS2 which obviously won't work, plus a 3 point sling. What type of sling would take advantage of that loop?

I've got a Magpul sling... It mounts fine, except I'm a lefty, and the Masada doesn't have the same mounting holes on the rght side of the gun, and the folding stock folds over to the right, anyway. But I looped a piece of paracord through the sling stub, and that works okay for me.

I had the same problem you did with the quick-release swivels; they wouldn't even hold the gun's own weight before they popped out. I didn't like the placing of them, anyway. Too far back on the gun.
