Army R17 BB's falling out

I am not sure if it is the main problem but i think my hop up is gone. I just want to confirm.

Every time I cock my G17 back, the bb's fall out. I barely used the gun but I did change the barrel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

turn on the hopup, you probably have it all the way off, it needs to be on a bit to hold the bb.

I have tried adjusting the hopup but it seems to still happen. It is fine until the nozzle actually rests inside the hopup. I can place a BB inside the chamber but until the nozzle is in its final resting position, then it causes the BB falls out.

either your ruber is incorrectly installed or torn/worn (useless) then.

UPDATE: Turns out the new barrel I installed is not fully compatible with the Army R17. The slit in the barrel is smaller than the original barrel. I guess if i wanted to use the new barrel, i could file down the slit to a bigger one. Thanks AngelusNex for the help.
