Question A.C.M masks help?

Hey guys i decided to get some face protection because of dental being quite expensive and hating full face masks so i can transend into the game more easly at 18.

I was wondering if anyone has these masks and if this
http://torontoairsoft.com/product.php?id_product=237
offered protection against bb's. the mask above that is neoprine thats a second choice

my questions are.

does the mask in the link if anyone has it go is half face?

allowed to use in actual games in bc?

if not allowed are they able to fit around a paintball mask for additional protection/ intimidation?

If people out there have this can you post a pic of you wearing it because im not sure wich to get.

any other useful info regarding this?

for those wondering im also getting other items just deciding which one.

thanks for reading hoping for some good ol replys

Neoprene masks offer little if any protection. It all depends on how hot the gun shoots and how far you are from the person shooting. In CQB this would still leave you with bleeders and chipped teeth if this is your only line of defense for your mouth/face. Best thing to do is get a guard you wear in your mouth (like pro athletes do) for a minimalistic approach. On top of that some form of protection like a paintball mask is ideal.

And don't forget: ACM = All China Made. Another way of saying "No Name Brand". I wouldn't trust anything ACM as a line of protection, especially for my face.

Alright guys thanks, i never knew ACM masks was all china made. the main reason i wanted this is for outdoor use with an intimidation factor. I trust that this can fit over a current paintball mask. I also use a mouth guard. In all i just wanted it because i always wanted one since 10 and to supporting canada trade/ not importing.

Wearing a mask such as this as an "intimidating factor", to me, is just half-baked. The best intimidation factor you can bring to the field is a reputation that you are one ferocious bastard that is unstoppable. A mask like this, or anything else like it should only be for comfort or show in order to attain a certain look you are trying to portray for your role.

If I were to see you coming at me my instantaneous reaction will always be to shoot you before you shoot me whether you are wearing a mask like this or not.

we got a guy out here that wears a Jar Jar binks Mask *just the mouth piece and ears*... just saying.

And shots the the mouth do hurt, but if your playing with a good group of guys you should not have to worry too much about head shots.

A thick Shemagh will get you your face protection with a decent look.

the mask was also part of my look and i can see other uses other than airsoft question being was mostly to see if anyone has this/quality and offers outdoor protection and lastly used in airsoft games in bc.

as for a reputation for being a ferocious bastard i will need years to get this but the mask may help.

Seems you got my point and missed it entirely all in one sentence. The mask doesn't matter, its how you play. The mask doesn't get you kills.

lol that was you? One comment about that thing is it kinda made me look for you more on the field. *Shot the jar jar guy... shot him again... oh thats another one* sooo it could have the opposite effect and turn into a target.

I am sure if CDN stalker saw someone in a wooky mask he would go after that person the whole game lol.

no i have not been to a game yet because im getting ready

the reason i want this mask is for
something to cover up face
it is part of the *look* iam going for
I can use it out side airsoft
always dreamed of one
if it can coverup a paintball mask
* being known as the kid with the mask ither dead more or not is all right im just trying to have fun*

If i get shot and killed because of said mask ill just laugh and try harder next time i don't mind not being the best on the field *not that good anyway* or laughed at or what ever. Im there for a good time and to be in company with the people who also enjoy airsoft
