Element metal AK bodies are well known to have tolerance issues and often require sanding, grinding or filing just to fit (and not necessarily to fit correctly). This is the downside to buying a cheap metal body. CYMA, G&P, and King Arms metal AK bodies cost more, but they fit like a glove. I've built a half-dozen AK's and I avoid anything made by Element like the plague, with a single exception - their trigger switch boxes and wiring harnesses are OK.

Your problem here is that you bought something made by Element.

Yup, you'll need to do some filing/sanding.

Okay, so after some filing and some sanding, its almost good. When i put the gearbox in, the rear doesnt go down far enough for the sector lever to line up with the hole. What could It be? The wires or the actual body? Were should I start sanding/filing?

Keep trying to wriggle it in, it could be the wires.

Takes some pics, post a youtube vid. Let's see what it looks like done At the very least if it's still not fitting right we might have a better idea what's up with some visual aid.

absolutely! I found it is best to dremel out channels for the wires. If you somehow force it in you might find the mechbox isn't sitting true in the body which will be misaligned when you install the hop-up. everything looks ok but you get air loss & low fps. take your time and fit it right (or buy an expensive metal body)

okay...we got it somewhat. Now these damn wires are in the way!! It fits good with the wires running along the top but when we put the wires beside the mechbox so they are not visible, it screws everything up. Also, if the wires are running along the mechbox, we can't fit the bolt assembly in!
