About GBBs...

Unfortunately I did just start out this week with airsoft, wish I could have started alot sooner (5 years ago would have been nice).

I am very fond of GBBs, they have a great feel and handling. My G23 is sweet, i think its a great starting gun.

But anyways, my questions are simple.

Firstly, with a completely depleted gas tank in the mag. How long should it take to refill? And does it have enough capacity to shoot all 20 rounds?

My second question is if there is a "better" magazine for the G23, i would like one that lets the spring "set" while i refill the bbs, instead of having to hold it down while doing so.

Thanks ahead of time for your wisdom and response. Looking forward to the day I'm comfortable enough with my glock to take it apart and make some upgrades.

1) ~3-4 seconds (longer for higher capacity mags, eg. GBB uzi (~7-9 sec)).

2) Yes it "should" be able to. I believe with the TM Hi-Capas you can get 2 and a half mags out of one fill however my KSC G19 goes 1 mag usually, ~1 and a half mags at the max

3) I don't know if those exist and if you find one (for a KSC G19) please PM me. You might however be able to use those pistol mag speedloader things but that's probably a long shot.

you wont find a mag for it that will lock the spring in it while refilling. i'm gonna assume that you have a kjw glock so the best mag upgrade would be a tokyo marui g17 mag... it will stick out a little but you'll have more rounds in it and more gas...

Im going to try and hunt them down. I've seen my Uncle's KSC G17 have these locking spring mags. im sure they're somewhere out there. i know my uncle told me that TM mags don't lock the spring for refilling. so its got to be done by someone else.

KSC is the only glock mag that locks the spring as for as I remember. And KSC mags won't work in a KJW.

I just the fill the mag until I stop hearing gas flowing or when the mag/tank pressure equalizes, I find counting to be inconsistent.
