SPR QD railed mount

I'm looking for a scope mount similar to the Larue SPR throw-lever mount:

But with a rail on top to attach a docter sight.

Is anybody aware of such mount at an affordable price? (yeah, I'm cheap, so if the mount costs the same or more than the scope + Docter, then it's a no-go).

Edit: as I'm not sure if my question was clear, I'm not looking for an THAT exact mount with integrated rails, just a similar were both rings are attached to each other with a rail on top. The throw lever would be preffered, but isn't mandatory.
