TSD SD700 Firing Problem (VSR-10 Clone)
I got my SD700 from Buyairsoft.com about a month and a half ago and i was sufficiently pleased with it and had had a few skirmish's until the other day when i picked it up and tried to work the bolt. Pulling it back was no problem but when i tried to push it forward there was a little strain then it slammed forward firing the gun. i tried a few times after that and no change. Long before i got the gun i had heard of someone who had the same problem but i don't remember if they had fixed it and i cant find where it was anyway so can anyone else help me with this problem? having to buy replacement parts isn't a problem id just like to be able to use it again.
EDIT: so I've done some more research and the term is called "slam firing" i also figured out that its the trigger sear and the piston sear. the only replacement parts i could find were for the Tokyo Marui vsr10 so I'm assuming they'll fit but will that be the end of the problem or even with upgraded parts does it have a chance of happening again? My guess is that your sears are busted.

The triggerbox in this gun, especially the sears, are known to be complete shit. That's probably your issue.

Dude i got the ''EXACT'' same problem. Buyairsoft tried to fix that up for me - but it was an epic fail + they forgot to ship me back the screw kit. So I sent it back there (it's on 30-day warranty). I will ask them what part they did replace/repair if the gun come back in working order.

zero trigger? Although that would equal close to the cost of the gun.

seriously... there are some aftermarket sears for sale, i dont remember the brand i have in mine (laylax i think...) but they hold up very well on a 400fps spring! look at "vsr 10 sears" on google
