Canadian issue helmets?

Can anyone tell me what model helmets Canadian forces are currently using? Or how much they would normally cost new or used (if one could find them)?

New ones are made by MSA. I work for an MSA distributor and already talked to our rep about aquiring one. He tells me they won't sell them to civilians. Police & military accounts only. And the list price is about $800.

Get a replica. The real ones are heavier than the old M1 steel pot...

i had a gallet it sucked it weight like 8 pounds! not really but it sure as fuck felt like it when you swung your head to look around, it would almost topple you over.... i got a replica now.... much better and the replica have padding and shit inside as opposed to the "straps and thats it" of the gallet (Crown Surplus in calgary has mine)http://www.crownsurplus.com/
