Where to find JSDF Uniforms?

I'm just wondering, before TM releases the Type 89 to the rest of the world, where can one find a Japanese Ground Self Defence Force Uniform?

This stuff ain't exactly common in Canada (let alone the rest of the world, there's practically no information in regards of JGSDF tactics or weapons save the 'Window-Smashing' videos).

Or will I have to pay to get the box liners of T89's sewn together into a silky shiny suit? :P

Looks an awful lot like dark green spotted flecktarn.

Good luck - that stuff's rarer than rocking-horse-manure. And when any of it is available, the strange thing is that its made in Japanese sizes....

Maybe find a silk screener that can custom print the fabric, then hand it over to a tailor (there is one in Ottawa that makes custom military uniforms, must be some in other cities) to get it made? Gonna cost an arm and a leg but I see no other way unless you are a Japanese sized person.

I found one on Ebay a few months back, actually in my size (I'm 6'6", 220#), but didn't even think about it then.

What's wrong with the Huey? It's a great lifting/utility platform. Just because it's an older aircraft doesn't mean it has no purpose. Having a Huey in a conflict doesn't mean they would get PWND.

Apparently, a hand grenade does not belong in my toolbox. Nor does a hand grenade with the pin pulled belong in someone else's toolbox.

I'm not saying it's no good, in fact it's my favorite helicopter but the fact is it's pretty outmatched nowadays.

Might be going out on a limb but in Japan?

Otherwise, pick up a copy of ARMs Magazine, at the back there is a ton of gear retailers who carry all sorts of Asian gear and ship to Canada.
