Ebaybanned problem

Today it has been one month exactly since i made my order and have still not gotten it. Already emailed them twice just to get Jesse say "will get tracking number shortly". This is my first time ordering from them and I have not been impressed

OH Ya , that sounds familiar , had the same problem too,I had to bug them alot , every time i sent an email, i always sent it 3 0r 4 times so they will notice it better,,then got fed up and sent a dispute claim against them thur paypal, that got their attention, they sent my tracking soon after that ,and i got my product ,, ,so ya ,they do suck

Is there any way to contact Paul or someone higher up? I keep getting the same responses too, so I'm not sure I have any confidence that my package has even shipped.

Anyone have any other contact info for EBB? PM me if you don't want to post it.

I don't really know any other way panda. I think i have their phone number. But you should file a dispute after 14 days.

If I were you, I would give CanadaPost a call and ask them why it takes a long time to get stuff from China when east coasters are getting it in a matter of days.

I live in Newfoundland... West coast only my ass. I received one of my smaller parts(hop up) buy my mechbox was shipped seperatley to "save tax"

Suprisingly, I got one package today in the mail today (EBB split my order into two to "save taxes" as previously mentioned by another member).

It was a vest that I ordered for a friend. It came in rather strange packing. It wasn't in a box, but rather a large "turkey shaped" (seriously) ball of packing tape / black garbage bag. The vest was "rolled up" inside into a tight ball and wrapped with tape. It was very awkward to cut open, but the vest arrived intact (ball shaped, but intact).

Personally, I wasn't too stoked about the packaging / shipping, but at least it arrived. I'm still waiting for a second package, which has a tracking number that doesn't work - so I have no idea of it's status. :P I've mailed Jesse again and have been told it has shipped and "should arrive soon", I'm hoping that's the case.
