Its recycling, not waste. Its leftovers from a sump build. Its just sitting around taking up space anyway lol

I have a LBX Armatus PC and it came with very light foam which provides almost no support. When I have gas mags in the taco pouches the PC bends in the middle and the top of the mags lean forward. What I used was 1/4" HDPE board, heated it and bent it so it curved like the real plates. It works great, is fairly lightweight and I've drilled holes in it for ventilation.

Me and my friends started with gun(cm ak105, high cap included), ammo, spare battery and face protection. Total $200 per person (us order when exchange rate was better). Anything else is an extra you can get when you know what you want.

My flyye fapc came with the same plates. They're basically flutter-board material arched to hug your body better.

You could easily buy some 1" or 1.5" rigid insulation from home depot and whittle away with an exacto to get the rounded shape shape.
