I called them, they didn't pick up the first time...
But they returned the call the other day...
Some officers are still doing excellent jobs as far as I'm concerned...

Anyone have a different phone number other than 905 625 7615 for cbsa? I have called them nonstop for an hour and a half yesterday, no one picked up, I have been calling and leaving messages for them asking them to call me back over the last two weeks, and no one has answered any of my calls or returned any of my calls either. I am getting very annoyed and frustrated with them. 40 days has already gone by and I have not heard a peep from them at all. They ignore the phone and messages like they don't even exist.
Any help?

Normally you get a phone call or message notifying you that something has been seized or held i think.It could be its just waiting in line for inspection? Ive heard people say they had to wait months at times...
