God damnit n_force your contribution is beyond awesome. You should make a YouTube channel .

I want a TM 870 because of you now. If I get one I know who to find in the GTA!

What pins did you use for the side saddle? Heard that RS pins is a little bit thicker. Great build btw

need to modify two machine screws as long as fit in and long enough. I ordered the ApS one but not fit. You better to find out the saddle is the same length between two support screws, mostly you have to thread two new holes to fit unless it is designed for aps! That's what I had it done.

Besides, RS pins have one thin in front and one thick at the end. The ApS optional saddle screws is designed for the RS top rail or saddle use I believe?

I'm surprised it wasn't the pump arms or the loading flap. Those are notorious for breaking in shell ejecting shotguns.

The loading arm and trap are notorious for breaking on Real Steel shotguns, too. A good example is my friend who owned a Remington 870 Tactical...

Finally get in touch with apsram and they will send me a new generation bolt. Need to pay a bit for it. And this one they said it would work better than the old one, and also will be released for sale for upgrade option soon.

Here is my opinion(warning). If you still have the old shells that the back of the end cap has a narrower firing pin insert space. Replace them with the new end cap that has a wider space. The old one may cause the firing pin broken. Will show pics soon.

This new bolt is working better than the first gen. It ejects the shells 2' away in 90 degree, nice! Now I need to see if it will be broken easy again?
