Technically a PBS-1 wouldnt work as the bison has a 9mm round.

Wouldn't see why it won't work. It's a silencer with baffles, technically designed for 7.62 but I bet it would work fine for 9mm just fine. There are a few pics of a real world Bizon with PBS mounted

Well except for the fact that pushing a 9mm round through a 7.62mm suppressor.. is going to result some problems.. but I guess if it's going fast enough it will fit.

If you see a PP19 with a PBS1 suppressor, It's probably a Bizon 2, chambered in 7.62x 25. Just to clear things up.

Well 9mm is bigger then 7.62. But I suppose you could pretend its the 7.62x25 variant.
