I better get used to my (lighter) ICS MP5-A4, cause toting aroundthe real-steel C7 during reserve duties is gonna be a heck of a lot more!

Mabey something should be put in the FAQ about saving money in the future like warning people that if they are in it for realism that TM should probly be their last choice. Just so that they don't take the advice most say "go with TM" and then end up regreting it when they look at their $1200 TM gun upgrade bill then look over and see all the work they just did for $600 out of the box.

Personal choice, some are okay with plastic some need it to be next to real. Like me.

Oh and by the way yes I am quite a crazy player, I am still fully abled to run around all day pulling of poser matrix moves and diving into trenches. (or falling haha) Even if I was slow and steady, I'd still prefer a metal gun just for the big manly feel. Which is how it relly is with real guns anyway.
Who said TM wasn't realistic? It has a functioning charging handle, unlike many other brand guns (G&P, G&G, CA) Metal doesn't define everything that makes a gun "real". Infact, some guns are overweight to their real steel counterparts. If you're going to talk about "realism" you should be referring to the Systema line of Armalites.

I wouldn't knock TM either. I've done work on a G&P gun, and there were many issues (BB's curving off to the left for no reason, big jumps in FPS, misfeeding problems) TM's may have more plastic, but they are proven to be the most reliable out of all the AEG manufacturers out there.

From what I could tell, the new TM M4S is just as solid as the G&P's. With the reinforced tabs and outer barrel, it's just as solid as with a metal body, yet still maintains the quick takedown feature, which is a plus. I was fairly skeptical of it, but when you actually hold it, the M4S feels solid.

What do you meen other brands don't have a functioning charging handle.....they are all the same. And I wouldn't call them funtioning either, they are rather poserish since they do nothing.

TM would have all my praise if they just took another step and started making metal/fibre glass versions of their guns.

Rumpel Felt, you gotta remember that this is just a toy gun.
If you expect so much out of toy, just get your self a real steels.
You can get ARs in Canada anyways.

replace the middle gear with a better quality one, and re-adjust the seams.

But I decided to go with the G&P M4A1 with upgraded systema internals and a matching metal M203 granade launcher with mos 165rnd bb shower. Take that paycheck!

Thanks again, Regan.
