As for differences between PTS and r/s Magpul accessories - yes. There is historically a HUGE difference in quality/durability of materials used.

Is the AFG an exception? I won't know until I get my PTS one, and get a hold of a r/s one.

Someone else will have to comment - but like I said - historically, yes big difference.

I think stuff like furniture(grips, stocks, sling...etc) The difference should not be deal breaker. PTS are not allowed to use Magpul's RS material because the specific polymer composition is ITAR. So PTS uses some type of Dupont commercial formula for their product. Which since you aren't dealing with the force of recoil or heat(both needs to be considered for RS), you are probably alright....

That said, for me being in US, RS Magpul stuff is just as easy to buy(with less shipping) and cost about the same as PTS Magpul stuff. But for people outside of US and bound by ITAR from US retailer, for airsoft, PTS stuff should be alright....

For WA GBB.....

I'll skip that, but I'd love for someone to come out with proper Larue marking though....

With the AFG, can you actually grip it hard enough to transition the rifle switch to opposite shoulder?

For me the ergonomic is not that different from using a stubby grip....

RM, every time you post a pic or some of your gun's I should send you my dry cleaning bill for my pants.

Just got my VLTOR upper/lower receiver in the mail today, so my new rifle build is now a go.

The CASV is nice, but the tiny M4 barrel always looks so dinky coming out the end of it, even when I had my heavy barrel.
You really need either a short barrel with a KM muzzle brake or a silencer
