I carry 9 120rnd PTW mags, plus at least 1 loader (usually 3), 2 cylinders and at least 1 spare battery. The lightest rig I own is a TT MAV with DZ pouches and it weighs 20 pounds. With that same gear in an HSGI Denali add 10-15 more pounds with water and a few extra do-dads like bug spray, extra BBs, radio, etc.

And it kickes the shit out of me for a full day with that and an 11+ pound gun.

Is that a bipod or a vertical grip?
And that would have HORRIBLE control (7.62mm)! The M14 is bad enough in bursts!
