I honestly don't understand how some individuals get any sense of accomplishment by cheating...boggles my mind. Glad to see cheaters and disrespectful people getting what they deserve.

3 Major event organizers now.

Quote:
MindGame Productions supports our national Airsoft MilSim partners OLCMSS and Blacksheep Milsim in their ban of the Green Mountain Rangers airsoft team from their events. In solidarity with our partners, and due to the serious and continued misconduct of the Green Mountain Rangers at national events, MindGame Productions bans the Green Mountain Rangers from all MindGame Productions events until further notice. MindGame Productions, owned and operated by active and former military members, cannot and will not condone disrespect to military veterans. MindGame Productions agrees with OLCMSS and Blacksheep Milsim's decision, and will stand in solidarity with our partners.

so, as i staffed lcxII, i have the inside on GMRPLS super ban.

last scenario today, tanfor convoy must travel road through heavy somali resistance and us setting off "ied" pyro.
colonel mcknight notices GMRPLS stacking on random buildings that are technically outside of th AO. first he asks them to rejoin the group and even go on point trying to appeal to the high speed egos. they kinda brush him off but rejoin. 5 min later he notices them doing the same thing and goes to talk them, asks where there squad leader is (ronin) who is trying to sneak out the back door. mcknight gets to him and asks why they are @#*!ing off. ronin says something to the effect of (your only here because we paid your salary). mcknights RTO tries to get between them and tells him to calm down. GMRfag goes off on him.
another staff member witnesses all of it, reports to chief of staff, gets approval to kick them all out. tell em to gtfo, they act like assholes, have to be escorted out by more staff.
later, after scenario ends, theyre acting like dickbags back in the camping area, mcknight goes over there to talk to them and maybe squash it, but they see him and jump in their cars and bone out.
john lu says permaban and is contacting other op hosts to blacklist them

I think they have been playing Navy Seal too toooo long and think they can act like them. Now that they are permabanned from all the major organisers events then can sit in their club house and reflect on their actions. Unless they are happy sitting in mommies basement playing dress up and bashing everyone on FB.

I don't know how much bigger you can get by telling off Col. McKnight.

Curious about the topic of this thread, I did a little searching on FB and Youtube. A few guys called their hits going up that staircase but their dead intentionally stood in the way providing cover for advancing live forces to continue up those stairs...I'm sure I saw a few hits not getting called there too.
I'm assuming on FB that Ronin is the one responding as GMR on their Facebook page? Yeah, some gangster wannabe. I couldn't bring myself to troll there.
I also wonder how much farther this ban will spread. I doubt they'll go north of the boarder and there are tons of places they can go outside of the east coast.

Wow....now THAT is the way to go out.

What do you think this team will do now? Isn't this kind of pointless? They now have all kinds of a gear, a supposed team and nowhere (nobody) to play against. They are carrying such a big name and loud voice, its impossible for them to just magically appear at a field or venue.

Kind of like that wacked rogue Asian team that's made its way around the GTA.

So messed up.

Oh well...life goes on.

Well for the record we have had 3 runs in with these guys...1rst time Ronin wanted to fight Krusty at OP PINES PLAIN in 2009...they were reported to range control...it was looked after.

The next one was the event Reignman describe, one of them called one off our Team members at that time, "Old man I hope you fucking die of a heart attack", I have to admit we were able to keep Armed Infidel under wraps sort of speak...then another wanted to fight with Reignman...we breached a room took it dominated and they wouldn t call their hits or leave as honorable players by going outside and coming in shooting without a bandage on them...on the field we have beat them...I find only at night they become a cheating fucking nuissance.

Last year we went and didn't have a problem with them, they called their hits especially when Redneck fucked them up...I was advised by Major John Buccuirelli at OP COVE 2that the GMR was cautioned and if any complaints was to arise or safety violated they would be gone. They hung themselves literally.

Our team has never given ground to them if they were cheating, we never let them ruin our game. That is why there Range Control and Staff are at these games/OPS. You have to be smart about it and reasonable. It is a shame some teams have "Quit" at games because of them...there are other avenues of recourse.

Personally I couldn't care less what happens to them, but they have shut themselves out of alot of USA NATIONAL GAMES!

I laugh my ass off at this this really. I played Rugby for Toronto Scottish for 7+ years and in another league prior to that.

That game DID have direct physical contact as you can imagine and I can assure you there were more than the after whistle push.

But let me tell you. How did a referee with a whistle control 30 guys? All who were ready to kill each other?

A lifetime ban. Yeeeep... It was swift and brutal. You could have spent your entire winter training for a season, and often with guys who are training to play for Canada once every FOUR years -in world cup. All gone in one bad move.

Could all 30 of us killed each other? You bet your ass. They didn't make us get on or knees and check each cleat for burrs for shits and giggles. But not one would push that button with the game stopped.

You pull that, polaroid picture of you is tossed up on the wall and you are ban-oh-rama.

I don't know where these ass hats got this concept. Especially as this is not real and we are not even coming in physical contact with each other.

But meh... I guess it happens in lots of other places.

Either way, they are toast, and all the work and effort is now wasted.

I hear Paintball is quite entertaining now.

Oh and one final note. You ABSOLUTLEY had to drink with the other team after. Odd. I recall being knocked unconscious by a guy who bought me a pitcher.

But really it was the hospital pass from my own guy who did that.

The point is move on. All is fare in the game.

These guys are not playing by the rules. There is no pistol whipping a guy in airsoft. They are simply a misguided group who have lost purpose and have gone off the deep end.

The onll thing I remember from a video of theirs I watched was the fact they carry 15-20 grenades each on their back. I thought I was all badass running my 2 but could you imagine the nade spamming? They must have been dropping them into the other teams spawn all day. Not calling hits etc

I know some good guys that carry 8-10 frags on them. Of course they don't use them over a 2 hour scrim, its for a 24hr op lol

Lol, wait. Seriously. 15-20?

Last I checked their Bangers Holsters carry 2 each, and they each carry two holsters. That math is pretty easy.

I've had the ability to get to know a lot of the GMR guys, past and present. Lots are good guys away form the game. It is unfortunate that they have become very hot headed, and let that get in the way of just having a fun time.
