I'm guessing that if the NPAS system isn't already compatible with it that someone will make something that will lower the FPS for the benefit of the Japanese, UK, US, and other countries that have such power limits (for import/play).

Fps limits at my field is 450 - 500 , if you wear proper protection there is no issue with these speeds.

I believe that the Well is a Maruzen clone. If I am right about this, then it fires from a true open bolt, as the Maruzen MP5K does. (Hellish ROF on that beast, at least the one that I've gamed with... but then it was upgraded to handle propane.)
