Well if with a more powerful battery it still doesn't cycle then chances are it's not the motor.

try another motor... but try loosening the motor screw a bit first...

he said that he installed metal bushing so bushings are not the problem, and from the pics the geabox looks perfectly good!

Did you check the shimming with the antireversal latch and compression parts out, with the mechbox screwed together?

your motor could be worn out..a new motor might help
