I think for you, since your planning on basically putting yourself through basic army training.

Man, in airsoft you REALLY don't need that much training, I do NO exercise what so ever (other than being a stay at home dad with a 7 month old daughter) and I still out run most of the other people at games.

I was saying how I fully support the Armed Forces, and plan on enlisting soon. The way I see it, anyone who is willing to make that kind of sacrifice is a hero in my books. Which is why my door is always open for a soldier.

Airsoft is not the Chuck Norris Academy of Ninja SWAT.

There is no drop, ducking, or rolling. Most of the time I don't even see the enemy before I am shot. Training you need to be doing is normal cardio like running and jogging a few kilometers. Some squats too for crouching.

Unless this is what you guys do in indoor airsoft out east...

Yeah man, out here we do combat rolls all the time. Often times you'll see a whole squad of guys combat rolling across a field... its the tactical way to how we roll haha

Yeah.... about the smoking and alcoholic part... yeah that's actually a pretty accurate representation of us.

Who was it again that smokes like it's going out of style?

There used to be a "Recipes for single pathetic males" thread.... You'd probably get liver damage before reaching halfway past the 2nd page if you tried the recipes in there.

TBH I'm actually a "fatass" (although I'm a fatass that has a high metabolism). The only exercise I've been getting lately is walking from class to class and up and down stairs. Although I did go for a run last weekend to make a trip out to the safeway and buy.... snacks which was actually pretty counter intuitive and I'm probably worse off after eating those snacks than I was before doing the run.

Amen to that. When I first started playing, I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up. Now I'm 38, slightly overweight, I smoke, I've been at a desk job for 12 years and get no exercise other than sex and airsoft. Yet I'm outrunning guys just over 1/2 my age on the field. By the end of the day, they're spent and I'm still good to go.

So yeah.. lol

Much to our collective amazement, after about a minute long burst, it kept going without issue. We were more worried about blowing up the battery at that point so stopped. But in terms of shooting, it's short range, inaccurate, and very inconsistent. Even for plinking it's crap.

The only 'standard' P90 part it takes is the mags, which are TM compatible. Although the high cap that comes with it is as junky as the rest of the gun.
This weekend, Sepulcrum, Talraga and I will be once again trying to make the painted clearsoft (I think it's painted, although it could be the black version of this same gun) implode with a Lipo battery. I'm bringing my camera and filming it and will post the resulting video...

It's the gearbox we want to kill, not the battery! But we were surprised last time we tried this and it went like nuts without failing. We stopped shooting because the battery wasn't fully charged and was starting to heat up. Lipo batteries need to be treated with extra care...

But I do badly want to see this mechbox blow up...
