i just filed a dispute. Hopefully i'll receive my items. But I personally don't think its Paul's fault. It's Jesse's. It's always her that answers to my emails and never Paul.

yeh dont worry about it, keep checking the tracking and emailing them and itll work itself out, don't let this stop you from future business with them

It's unfortunate the airsoft market is so narrow we have to deal with companies who have bad service. You wouldn't shop for anything else in a place with such poor service.

lol....i told them about the dispute and the still say that it has already been shipped and they claim that there is something wrong with the tracking....i guess i'll find out soon enough....

Took them 2 weeks to ship my KA gas tube... and it arrived all scratched up with some black crap on it. Can't get that off... yay... >.>

guess what! they told me the EXACT same thing. "hkpost sometimes tears the number by accident and does not update us with current one." lol...i did close the dispute hoping within 2 days they will give me a tracking number though. if that doesnt work out then ill file a dispute again..

You can't file a dispute more than once. If you closed it, it's done.

You shouldn't have closed it.

BTW i notice with HK and EMS tracking number that if you put them in the tracking on Canada Post, it gives you a better updated version.
