Holy crap, Morbius. From the frying pan right into the fire. Maybe she read your thoughts?
You might as well get all the cylinders if you play CQB, or just the M110 and M130 for outdoors. Save the M150 for your "friends". If you like how it feels in your hands now, wait until you fire it.

Oh, of course not... Never muscle. I asked nicely instead and called dibs on the slim chance that he ever gets tired of her, of course.
And I of course expect a polite "Go screw yourself" as a reply. I would do no less.

That's all that's available in factory assembled guns. If you buy a kit, you'll be buying 2007 at best, or 2006 at worst, but there shouldn't be many of those still available. 2008 kits weren't slated for release until summer of 2008.
But, for $399 U.S. at Empire Airsoft in Michigan, you can get the 2008 version-up kit for MAX PTWs.

Morbius' gun gremlin versus PTW: Two men enters, one man leaves.

My CQB is more accurate than my M4, but I spent alot more time getting my hop-up just right. Also, I use 0.25, and will try 0.28 this year for that last edge in accuracy. If I spent as much time on the M4 as the CQB (30,000+ rounds on the CQB vs. 2-3000 on the M4), I would expect it to be as accurate.

Oh, on another note..
The overtorquing which was present in other models is NOT present in the '08s. So you CAN change your barrel without cracking your upper. And does anyone know how to get rid of the trigger guard bite? It's really annoying the fuck out of me. |

Congrats Morbius that's some gal! And some gun as you'll find out.
You could buy an SCK (07) Buy a version up kit for $400. Then install that kit and if you don't want the extra parts sell them. They're worth: 1x Type-490 Motor- $250 1x EL-001 2007- $195 1x EL-003 2007- $205 $650 Resale of $400 and bam you got an '08 SCK for roughly the same price. However it is a good idea to just go for a QC'd assembled PTW. My SCKs are running flawlessly now, but there were a few problems. My dad and I assembled them and managed without any special tools like the AR wrench. (Oh yea that's right, he happened to have a tool that did the same thing.) Now that we're familiar with them I would likely buy another SCK despite my advice to others. When I held a CA M15 the other week for the first time in a while I was shocked at how terrible it felt. It felt cheap and incredibly unbalanced and misproportioned. Things that never stood out nearly that much in the years of B.P. (Before PTW) If your tempted to buy a PTW JUST DO IT! PS: What's trigger guard bite?
