He has someone helping him with e-mails. I got a few e-mails saying things like "mark will do this when he gets back" etc.
Personally speaking, I'm never likely to do business with A&A again. Its all gonna be used, 007, or group order for me.

Not Eye Safe, Pretty Boy Maximus on the field take his picture!

His wife does his emails when he's away, other than that it's usually done by the one man. We're going to try to work a deal with redwolf and have all gun questions sent to our online support gunsmith.

007 needs love too lol
Mark has plenty of business from airsoft as it is, too much in fact sometimes. There's no harm in shunting some business over to Ken. Airsoft isn't Mark's main business, army surplus is, and surplus brought in enough money to convince his wife he needed an M75 APC lol It's ok to choose 007, your not hurting Mark's feelings Last edited by ThunderCactus; November 24th, 2007 at 13:20.. |

Mark isn't all that hard of to get a hold of. Well at least not when it counts. I noticed a beauty of a customised Tokyo Marui 1911A1 with CNC'd PGC slide & frame from Red Wolf a few days ago. I was really worried that it would get snatched up quick and I'm dying to get a 1911 that is more durable than that weak @$$ metal on my WE.
Suffice it to say I emailed Mark and he got back to me within an hour or two with a quote of what it would cost for him to bring it in for me. Sent him the bucks and it's on it's way. He's good that way. Once the arrangements have been made is when the communication slows down. Too be honest I think he is just really busy and wants you to get off his ass until it arrives. He did his part and will ship when he gets it. I had a similar experience when I had him bring in my G&G RK47. Quick responses when he was doing the leg work on quoting me and ordering it and then I didn't hear from him. Actually I think I annoyed him and he blocked me until it came in (Sorry Mark). Now I know to be patient particularily with special orders. Just to let everyone know. If he has it in stock I've never waited more than a week for it to arrive at my door. |

derek, I'm not sure who you were replying to but if it was me, I'm not trying to bug him about orders. I'm trying to get my money back for:
1) an item he can't get 2) an item he/CP lost With regards to 1), I've been asking him to deposit the full amount I've paid back into my bank account. With regards to 2) I've asked him to either give me a new item, return my money, or if the package wasn't insured, split the loss with me. Does anyone know A&A's policy for lost items? I imagine mine wasn't the first one.

Jerry I wasn't really replying to anyone in particular. Just letting everyone know what my experience has been like dealing with him. I've placed about 10 orders (2 special requests) and have not had any problems as of yet. Keep up the good work Mark. I'm sorry if anyone has met with different service. The special purchase I just made was a bit pricy for a GBB so I've got my fingers crossed.
