thing is, they carry the KWC GBBs, so why not the springer?
Just going out on a limb here but springers are pretty much useless in games and since it's such a pain to get guns in the retailers aren't going to bother with cheap springers or guns that aren't game worthy in general. Those cheap guns won't be of much use on the field and would probably be allot more likely to be involved with someone doing something stupid and getting the cops called. bad for the person, bad for the retailer, bad for the community.

Even a license to sell Firearms, both restricted and non restricted.. is not a license to sell prohibited devices..
There is no such license ... it is illegal to sell replica firearns to individuals. So I can't see many gun shops putting their livelyhoods on the line to sell toy guns

you could get them to keep everything but the body and send a box of parts, thats not illegal. seperate receipts for everything might help too and i would try from overseas like redolf airsoft, they may be more lenient there.

Dude, read the FAQ
Not many parts can import to Canada.
Some part look like the real part.
They will be seized at the border.

your welcome.

It's illegal to assemble (manufacture) prohibited devices, so it's possible for CBSA to try and defend seizing non-receiver externals on that point.

Just to comment on Saints post on page 1.......Everybody should understand we all live in the "U.S.S.R. of Canada", Anything that looks like a real gun is bad news in the peoples eyes, I mean even water guns need to be painted neon green or orange for fucks sake.....So good luck on getting any Airsoft guns from out of Canada. U just need to go through the Canadian Retailers like everybody eles.

(I wish I lived in the States lol)

Hi ! seriously some part will be seized by custom, but It's depend on the custom who has knowledge in firearm or not. They are not going to risky their job because of that, they may or may not seized the metal body. One more thing, it's also depend on the retailer that you order too. For my experience, last time I order some parts from ehobbyasia cost me around 160 $. we could say, it's accident, because they put the 40 mm G&P grenade in my box ( accident include in price ) and ....etc, It's really freaking me out that my package will be seized. Lucky me ! they didn't even open the box and charge the tax. Another order from redwolf came 2 days later, they opened the box, charge the tax 19.76 for 91.36 $ valve item.

Customs isn't going to dissmantle and ship you the parts that are not prohibited. Your gun will be seized.

Exceptions for clear guns have been made for a while now, it's nothing new.
