thats fucking bullshit IMO, if he stuck to the law we wouldn't have to worry about it |

My guess? They're the ones who ordered X amount of guns from Kang and CBSA went there to take them away. The ones who didn't receive anything in this latest (seized) shipment have not been raided, they've just closed up preemptively. Customs isn't shutting down retailers, they're seizing the guns Kang sent them. Quote:

The AEG never reach our store ! The shippement came to XP and few hours after the reception of the order, the CSBA came in and took everything ! So the many store who were waiting for their order from xp, will not receive anything ! So this is why many store are closing down as we speak. I'm one of them ! JF |

Christ almighty fellas calm down already. If you break the law, and the law comes knocking, then you have noone to blame but yourself. Airsoft is not over in Canada.
Remember one thing, where there is a will, there is a way ... just do it legally.

Flame on. Peter kang is the owner of www.air-soft.com and was followed by a lot of controversy due to his buisness preactices. Ken owns 007

Peter helped bring Airsoft to Canada when we were still riding tricycles and learning the alphabet. Yes, he has F*CKED himself and his business a few times, but like Droc said, he really did pull things through when the going got tough.
Let's hope for the best. |

If the retailers don't have their DFAIT forms filled out correctly for restricted fire arms, they are in violation of the law.
If all the propper channels are followed, no one will have any problems, so the CFO tells me. The DFAIT forms are the key... if anybody can tell me if any of the seized shipments had their DFAIT forms filled out correctly, that would fill in a big gap. Because if they were, then it's time to panic. If they weren't, no need to panic, it'll just force people to do things correctly. Is Randy over at Double Edge involved in this too? |

I don't think he was talking to you Gryphon, he was talking to the guy who thought Ken was Kang.
