just wanted to update, in my account on airsoft-club just today it changed to shipped and it does show a tracking number, so i am a little relieved that i dont have to send any hate mail
and although i have no problem with it really being shipped out after 5 business days, i wouldve really appreciated them telling me that it would ship by end of this week or something along those lines, instead of lying to me twice in their emails hopefully the package contains everything and there are no further problems, as i would not like to have to communicate with them by email again :/ |

Processing over there takes a bit of time. It could take up to 7 business days so there's always a waiting game. I hear so many people complaining how it takes so long to ship there items. If you can't wait, then buy in country. Most of the time it's 5-10 days for processing, and then 5-10 days for it to be shipped. Then you have 1-5 days with Canadian Customs. So it does take time for all orders over seas.

quality of the stuff seems pretty good for a HK knock off, but the design is not the greatest, mainly speaking about their X cap knee and elbow pads, maybe over time they will soften up and be better but brand new they are quite stiff around the velcro part that is behind ur knee/elbow and it is very difficult/ slightly painful to bend down on ur knee or bend ur elbows, hopefully time will fix this. |

I've ordered from them, just a tactical rail for my AK to see how it would go. Shipped within a day, received very quickly. I have since placed an order for a vest, and balaclava, which shipped in about 2-3 days and is now hanging out in customs. Hopefully it will be released soon.
Customs held on to a package of mine from RSOV for nearly 10 days last time...shenanigans Whats the deal with ASC's site lately, its extremely slow to load... |

Just ordered an OD Tac vest, an OD tornado dropleg, and a woodland shemagh. Took them a bit to get to shipping status (two or three days, normal), but once it was shipped I could almost watch it fly in real time. Got in a week and a half.
Nice and quick. Might shop from them again. The build quality of the gear seems a bit under par, but it was all cheap so I can't complain. |

Well it took me a couple days cause I forgot about this thread sorry Najohn.
So I ordered a CADPAT BDU, Tac vest, Shemagh, gloves, knee+elbow pads, boonie and a pair of G&P goggles. Shipping took 2 weeks. Packaging was exact same as everyone elses, BUT since I ordered so much stuff they sent it in 2 packages. 1 was that parcel thing... still amazed at how much they managed to cram into it. and the other actually came in a box. Kind of confused the hell out of me, I open the box, and it actually smelt really nice... like those really sweet smelling air fresheners haha. Najohn, you'll be happy to hear that the BDU is actually supprisingly good quality considering the price. It's a nylon cotton mix, really comfy. I noticed on the washing instructions they put "Nachine wash" What I really love about the BDU, is that when it's cold out, it keeps me warm, but it breathes enough to keep me cool when it's hot out. Over all, everything I ordered (About $140 worth of equipment... $80 shipping) is pretty good quality. Only problem I have is the pads. You can't adjust the tightness of them, it's just a stretchy band and pinches the skin a good amount when wearing them for an hour or longer. |

But be forewarned, I have yet to take it through the torture of gaming since I got it like 2 days ago.
Plus the next open game here isn't for another week... and I have absolutely no way of getting there since I don't have a car... Blast having only 1 friend who likes airsoft that has a car! |

Thanks for all the experiences in this thread guys, I'll be making a big 300+ dollar order shortly to get setup (switching from paintball to airsoft), I ordered from them as a trial order with a simple mask and it arrived within 10 days packaged as usual, shipping charges though are insane. Just with my items in the cart, it's 310 CND worth of products and 150$ on shipping....I know some of the items have some good weight to them but damn!

My first order from Airsoft club only took a few days to process (over the weekend) and was received in good condition and within the expected delivery time. I got a track and trace number etc...
My second order was placed on the 28th of October, and shiped on the 1st of November (processed over the weekend so not to bad). No track and trace this time though and it still hasnt arrived yet (30th of Novemeber). Apparently Hong Kong Mail is a little slow this time of the year and I've been asked to wait a little longer. I'll update if/when I get the items Last edited by wild_qwerty; November 30th, 2010 at 00:55.. |

I placed an order on December 6 (2 BDUs and a mag pouch), which was shipped on Dec 9. After reading this thread, I sent their customer service an e-mail asking for an update. Within an hour, I got a reply and the tracking number for my package, which Canada Post shows at the Scarborough postal outlet.
I'll reserve judgment until I see the product, but I definitely can't complain about the customer service so far. |

If you want cheap gear, they got decent stuff (depending on the item), their service is pretty good... but
DON'T BUY THEIR CADPAT It's worse than radioactive relish... the colors are fucking aweful. It's even got pink in it...

Package arrived today via Canada Post. It was in a cardboard box with heavy paper wrapping. Each of the BDU sets and the mag pouch were wrapped in plastic. Received customary velcro flag. The BDU shirt fits as advertised.
BUT ... the pants do not fit. They are way too small. The website says the small pants are 29"-32". They are not. Not even close. In fact, the tag inside the pants says 27", and I'd say that's about right having tried them on. I've e-mailed them to see what they'll do to make it right. As for the colour of the CADPAT? Well, yeah, it's definitely not milspec by any stretch. But it's not unusable for a $29 shirt/pants set of CADPAT knockoff from HK. |
