It said "Shipment denied entry". There was nothing restricted btw. It was sent back to the shipper, I had to pay for shipping all over again.

I've seen the UPS guy drop one of my items in the stairs, directly in my face. And it was broke.
What's worst than waiting 10-12 days for a package and have it broke, live in your face? God, I really wanted to throw the guy by the window lol. |

the reason it was sent to BC Richmond is that it came thru the boarder to the Vancouver International Airport which is a hub into Canada for UPS
item goes into customs then cleared or returned if cleared it's given back to UPS and then shipped to you I would get this all the time with delivers from UPS FedEx into Canada hope that helps |

Quite honestly, even if the delivery chick looked like this, I wouldn't use UPS. However, if she was the one arriving in the package for me, I would use any shipping service in the world regardless of cost or reputation.

If you note, this package never made it out of Anaheim, CA. It looks like the brokerage probably called the addressee. A package that would have gone from Anaheim to BC and back would have had an "origin scan" and then "enroute" and others at the intermediate offload stations. UPS got it at 19:57 on 1/20 and went right back out 1 minute later.
